What are the hours?
Contact by email 24 hours a day from Monday to Sunday.
Calling is from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 7:00 pm, Sundays and holidays from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
What is the delivery time for orders?
We have three shifts of delivery, 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 am., 11:00 am. to 3:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm but if you want it to be delivered to an hour outside these times arrangements can be made.
What are the accepted payment methods?
Orders can be paid through bank deposits and transfers to our accounts in the Banco de Crédito, Banco Continental and Banco Interbank.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club through our module 2CheckOut (2CO) at the end of the purchase process on our website.
If you are affiliated with PayPal you can also use it from anywhere in the world.
Another form of payment if you live outside of Peru is through Western Union or MoneyGram and its network of agencies around the world or online.
How to Order?
Can I make changes to colors and flowers in arrangements that appear on the web?
Our arrangements are delivered as seen on our website but if the client requests it can make the change in colors and / or types of flowers.
How do you know if your order has been delivered?
Just as soon as your flowers have been delivered you will be contacted by email or phone.
What if the delivery address is wrong or no ones there to recieve the arrangement?
In the event of a difficulty in the delivery of the order by wrong address or no people at the address given, contact the customer ROSABEL FLORERIA sending an email or by phone to coordinate delivery. The customer must assume the cost of forwarding.
