Orders are sent to the specified address by the next business day of the customer order.
In the event of a difficulty in the delivery of the order by misdirected or absence of people in the address stated, Rosabel Florist will contact the customer by sending an e-mail to the client or by telephone to coordinate and to finalize the delivery.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can request the exchange of another product of equal or less value if contacted within 12 hours of receiving the order. All new costs incurred will be sent by the client.
If the product arrived in poor condition, Rosabel Florist will meet you at the address where the delivery took place and change it for the same product in excellent condition within 8 hours of receiving the change order.
Changes were made due to manufacturing defects or if the product was not what the client requested in your order.
The product must be in perfect condition, showing no signs of use and carry their ticket sales Rosabel Florist. Once received and after verification, Rosabel Florist send, without charge, replacement of the request or, alternatively, refund the total amount depending on the mode of payment chosen.
Only admitted returns of defective products and incorrect shipments, provided when communicating in a period no longer than 8 hours of receipt.
In the event case of exhaustion of stocks of one or several of the products ordered Rosabel florist will contact the customer to inform you of the lack of stock, or otherwise arrange a new delivery date.
If we could not fill one or all of the products ordered, we guarantee full reimbursement of the cost of your purchase, even when it has been debited from your payment method.
If the purchase had been made by credit card, we note that although the operation of repayment was made as soon as the customer is notified, occasionally Repayment will be reflected only in the next statement of your card.
